Owner / CEO
Jan Winter
Jan Winter is the former CEO and co-owner of two hospitals serving Northeast Oklahoma: Bristow Medical Center in Bristow and the Center for Orthopaedic Reconstruction and Excellence (CORE) in Jenks. She is also the former CEO and co-owner of Summit Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming.
Jan has worked extensively in the healthcare field as a direct patient care provider and in various hospital administrative capacities for more than 30 years.
Having started as a registered nurse in the emergency department, Jan climbed the administrative ranks to become one of only a handful of female hospital CEOs in Oklahoma.

Julie Parrick has over 25 years of experience in Education and Administration. She has served as a university professor and Director of Continuing Education. As a lifelong learner, she has obtained degrees in multiple areas of graduate studies. For Julie, learning is a passion, and she enjoys connecting people with the right training. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and enjoys life in the country with her husband and daughter.
